  • You must register with the official State of Nevada authorized course using this form. You will then be required to complete the course online, which requires you to watch videos and interactive lessons.
  • After you complete the course online, you must go to a local testing office in-person to take your final test and pick up your card. No fee is paid at the testing center. Cards can not be mailed.
  • This is NOT the course for Reno, Laughlin, or Mesquite.
